A child experiences numerous comforts and luxuries in the formative years of his/her life and remains confined to a virtual world alienating him/her from the real world ; the real world that encompasses high and low tides requiring us to be courageous, intrinsically wise, emotionally strong, effective in communication, spontaneous in decision making, and resilient in thought and action. In unison, all these attributes fall under the umbrella of a magical appendage of learning termed as Life Skills.

Education can be termed complete and holistic only if it is able to attain the right equilibrium between academics and life skills. Academics, leadership skills and life skills must go hand in hand to empower each and every child to realize and augment his /her complete and true intrinsic worth.

SFLF is a unique endeavour committed to assist young people to recognise their true potential and design their own success. The vision of this path breaking, revolutionary and value based program is to enhance the leadership and life skills and empower the learner to lead a happy, powerful and successful life.

The unique strategy of SFLF aims at tapping the inner self of each child so that he/she is enabled and equipped to “Lead Self”. We at SFLF believe that any individual who has the skills to 'Lead Self' is just a step away from 'Lead Others'. Our distinctive curriculum facilitates this journey – from Lead Self to Lead Others.

WHO ARE THE MENTORS OF THIS PROGRAM

A dedicated team of highly proficient people bring in their expertise, years of experience and undergo a rigorous training program to emerge as high performing and powerful coaches, that we prefer to call 'The Life Coaches'. A life coach as the name suggests is much more than a teacher, facilitator or mentor. The life coach is a guide, a shepherd who gently steers the young learner through the journey called Life. The life coach is equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to touch, inspire and motivate each child to bring about a 180· transformation.

Our life coaches undergo a world class Certified Leadership & Life Skills Coaching Program. CLLC Program with its powerful training content and methodology equips the trainers with the nuances of Leadership and group dynamics; gives them techniques of strategic intervention; utilizes the Scientific methods of Directive Communication Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Theatrics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Energy Dynamics; facilitates understanding and powerful dealing with Adolescent behavior, furnishes Effective Classroom Management techniques , Story narration Techniques, Creating Metaphors, Sharing Real-life examples and ultimately every technique a teacher would ever need to energize and inspire students to in turn create transformations for a Lifetime.
